Kathleen C. Riley
As a legal assistant at Lampert, O’Connor & Johnston, Kate Riley provides support to attorneys on regulatory, compliance and transactional matters by tracking state and federal government and legislative proceedings, conducting research, monitoring industry and client-related current events, and overseeing the firm’s complex projects.
Kate graduated in May 2010 from Oberlin College in Oberlin, OH and majored in History and Politics, graduating with honors in History. While at Oberlin, Kate held numerous positions at The Oberlin Review, including Online Editor, served on the Oberlin Student Senate, and was an active member of the Oberlin Student Cooperative Association. Kate has held numerous internships with an emphasis in web-based communications and research, including an internship at the Smithsonian Institution Office of Development and Oberlin City Council, and as a web optimization intern for an online retailer of green energy products.
